Services

Our Services
ISWP offers the following assessment and related services

Community Support 24/7 / Reverse Parenting Assessment
We provide 24/7 support for young people or children and families who may be at risk of harm as part of supporting them to stay at home instead of coming into the care system while assessments are being completed and decisions are being made regarding their long-term care plan.
We also provide reverse parenting assessments within family homes via our Independent Social Workers with 24/7 support by our support workers as an alternative to families having an assessment within a residential parent and child assessment service.
Children’s Advocacy and
Independent Visitor Service
We believe in the intrinsic value of each child and aspire to enable children and young people to have a voice by offering independent information, advice, and advocacy services. Children and young people should be given opportunities to be heard in administrative and judicial processes concerning them. We also meticulously match a child or young person in care with independent visitors in their local area who share similar interests and are committed to making a difference in their lives.
We provide this service to support adults (with special needs), children involved with child protection services or who are looked after.
Regulation 44 Visits and Inspections
for Children’s Homes
We provide independent Regulation 44 Visits and inspections for children’s homes.
We provide a wide range of support to include residential care and support to 16 to18 year olds. We also provide residential and community care and support to young people and adults with various needs. We also support people in transition from hospital with their enablement plans.
