about

We value and promote diversity and difference in our workforce and in relation to the families and children we work with. We endeavour to promote our client’s and service user’s separate identities in order to meet their individual needs.

We therefore have social workers and other experts who have various linguistic and cultural backgrounds, including experts from Polish, Russian, French, Portuguese, German, Romanian, Hebrew, Arabic, African, Caribbean, Indian, Pakistani and other backgrounds. We also have social workers from various religious backgrounds such as Christians, Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs and Jews among others. Our contractors are our most valuable assets – they help realize our ambitions. We recruit the best people, support their personal growth and professional development, and value their experience and expertise.

All our assessments and reports are subject to a rigorous quality assurance process to ensure they are of a good quality and standard.
